It’s one month after IGEM 2017, and the team is now full swing into the many solar project inquiries received during the event.
It was a busy three days for BSL Eco Energy from 11-13 October as we met with many different types of visitors. We had was primary aged students just starting to learn about solar, high school students wanting to know if getting into renewable technology held a promising future, fresh graduates looking for jobs in the industry, business owners looking to power their businesses, investors, technology partners, Government representatives and many more.
It was also a great time for us to meet our friends in the industry, to keep ourselves abreast with latest technologies, innovations and incentives for Malaysia’s renewable energy industry.
IGEM saw 320 participating companies, 34,686 trade visitors, 9 participation Malaysian states in the state pavilion and 5 country group pavilions (China, EUMCCI, Japan, Korea and Taiwan) in the three day event.
For BSL Eco Energy, we experienced some significant moments at IGEM including:
- Signing ceremony with Seraphim Solar System appointing BSL Eco Energy as exclusive distributor for Seraphim solar modules in Malaysia
- BSL Eco Energy also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with TBEA Co Ltd on the cooperation and development of solar and renewable energy projects in the Southeast Asian region
- A ‘pocket talk’ on a ‘Maximising the efficiency of a solar system in Malaysia’ (time and date to be provided soon!), presented by BSL Eco Energy Chief Engineer Randy Chuah
- Generous media and press coverage on our service offerings
Here are some throwback pics of our booth and team hard at work during IGEM. Enjoy!
